This hostel is conveniently located, making it easy to get to from the airport and close to both the city center and the harbor. the single room was perfect for my needs, providing a comfortable space to relax. the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. the free internet and computers were a bonus, making it easy to stay connected while on the go.
The staff could be more friendly and attentive to the needs of the travelers, which is a shame considering the otherwise positive aspects of the hostel.

We had a fantastic stay at Newton Lodge! the staff were incredibly helpful and approachable, and we felt like we could trust their advice when it came to directions and recommendations. the hostel was impressively clean, apart from the occasional mess left by other guests in the dorm. the friendly atmosphere and comfortable common areas, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room, made it easy to relax and meet fellow travelers. We particularly loved the clean and well-maintained bathroom, with 24/7 hot water and free WiFi. Cons: Nothing - it was a perfect stay! 😊.

I recently stayed at Newton Lodge for a few nights and it was a great experience. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, with individual showers and toilets. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything I needed. The staff, particularly Awa, were very helpful and even provided a letter for my bank without any hassle. The communal area had Netflix for entertainment and the bedrooms had plugs conveniently located near the bed. The free wifi was also a big bonus and it was super fast!
100% Recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Newton Lodge for a couple of nights while exploring the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and even stored my surfboard for free. The location is great, within walking distance of all the important places like the post office, bank, and ferry. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, and there are plenty of restrooms so I never had to wait. The internet, although a bit slow, was sufficient for browsing. I had a comfortable stay with clean rooms and convenient amenities.
I can recommend this hotel.
